The Data Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring analytical insights are relevant and reflect industry-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities Direct data acquisition strategies informed by a deep understanding of industry trends Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders Map data needs to specific business challenges Develop and implement data collection frameworks and processes Audit data for completeness, accuracy, and potential AI applications Develop machine learning-specific data quality frameworks Assess data for biases, gaps, and ethical considerations Prepare detailed documentation on data attributes and limitations Provide guidance on data preprocessing and potential enhancements Evaluate data governance and compliance requirements Design and maintain data readiness and assessment metrics Collaborate with AI teams to align data management with model requirements Requirements Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Has 5+ years of industry experience, with at least 2+ years in data analysis Demonstrates the ability to apply domain expertise to analytical frameworks Exhibits strong data literacy and analytical acumen Possesses excellent stakeholder management capabilities Is proficient in SQL and either Python or R for data analysis Experienced with visualization tools like Tableau Familiar with statistical analysis and research methodologies What They Offer Be part of impactful, long-term programs aimed at societal betterment.
