Join our client as a Customer Services Advisor for their Finnish & Danish team!
Our client's multicultural award winning team excels in various domains including Marketing, Affiliation Marketing, Development, Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development, and Customer Service within the global igaming industry.
This is a fully remote role and requires candidates to be fluent in Danish.
What you'll be doing: Engaging with customers via email, online chat, and other available channels.
Promptly addressing customer inquiries and following up as needed.
Possessing thorough product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
Recognizing and resolving customer issues, aiming to meet their needs on the first interaction whenever possible.
Coordinating with back-office teams when necessary.
Escalating customer feedback for further review.
Consistently maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Adhering to all internal and external communication protocols.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
Working a shift schedule that includes weekends.
