Job description MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Supply Chain Management Consultant The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with experience in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects.The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, combined with a strong understanding of SCM process and procedures and practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products.
A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, leading onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams.
This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform.
You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff.
This role is therefore key to KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions' customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.

Responsibilities:Leading the Supply chain management workstream of full end-to-end D365 F&O implementations through all phases of the project life cycleOwnership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstreamOwnership of the solution for the Supply chain / logistics work stream, making design decisions and reviewing/creating solution documentationSolves and advises on complex problems with creative solutions Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues where applicableProvide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project to client and more junior team membersAdvise client and delivery team members of scope (creep) and use of change control processesDemonstrate ability around upselling and understanding of additional company capabilities Knowledge of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO in the supply chain area and demonstrate changes/additions to team membersInvolvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs and other pre-sales activities as requiredInvolvement in further development of SCM capabilities in D365 F&O product teamContribute to practice development activities and involvement in the creation and delivery of these to fellow colleaguesLeads people and helps to grow them in their rolePromotes the Values of our company Performance manage two or more junior members of product teamEnsure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory trainingCarry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by DirectorsRepresent KPMG MBS in a professional and positive manner at all timesRequirements: Qualifications and Skills Proven experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365F&O) or AX2012 with a minimum of 3 end to end implementationsExtensive experience in consulting and very good presentation skills Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and confidently present to the C-SuiteDemonstrable, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) implementation experience including the following modules and areas:Inventory ManagementMaster PlanningProcurement and SourcingProduct Information ManagementProduction controlSales and Marketing Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor managementStrong understanding of sales processes and customer managementStrong understanding of inventory processesStrong understanding of inventory and production postings and accounting processes.Knowledge of production and master planningExperience with transportation and advanced warehousing is desirableKnowledge / understanding of logistics and production processes, principles, functionality & systemsExperience with (D365F&O) interfacing and Integration Microsoft Dynamics certification in Trade and Logistics, ideally most current versionStrong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) is preferredExperience responding to RFPs and RFQs is a must Experience in mentoring more junior consultants is a must Soft Skills: Exudes confidence Works independently as well as in a team environment Acts with professional demeanour Manages time and multiple tasks accordingly Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure A client centric approach with emphasis on client satisfaction Desire to constantly assess and incorporate new technologies and software into their skillset Acts as a role model for those aspiring to take on a similar role in the futureAbility to lead more junior consultants for a successful outcome Confidence to reach out to more senior colleagues for guidance
