D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant Summary of Requirement We are looking for new members to grow our EMEA team of Annata Industry Experts in order to support our partners and customers excel in the automotive industry.
If you have minimum 5 years of consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (mainly Field Service or Customer Service) , including analysis, implementation, training, and product demos, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and analytical skills and is driven by maintaining business relationships and delivering top-quality service to our customers.
Your role will include Senior consultancy in Annata's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects Analysis, conceptual design, implementation, training Supporting our partners and customers as an Annata product specialist Presenting Annata's solutions to new and existing customers Working both with Annata's team in the region as well as being part of the international team of experts sharing information and best practices Our requirements to you At least 5 years of experience in consulting and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM with the focus on Customer Service or Field Service Appetite for understanding and optimizing business processes of our industry customers and advising them on related technologies, including those within the Microsoft Power Platform Fluent in English language Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual skills We offer An opportunity for you to become an expert in our focus industries An opportunity for you to work with customers that are driven to meet current and future challenges as opportunities A career path opportunity from an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to an Annata Industry Expert and ongoing to an Annata Solution Architect Friendly work environment with flexible work hours Continuous learning experience and professional certifications paid by company What Annata stands for With its roots in Iceland Annata is one of the leading global ISV´s and industry partners from Microsoft with offices in all continents.
