Job Title: Customer Support Administrator Location: Bicester Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a new opportunity?
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join a growing company based in Bicester.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also handling important administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Handle inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with technical support requests, providing guidance or escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
Manage and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Perform general office administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the service process.
Skills & Experience Required: Previous customer service experience is essential.
Ideally, experience in technical support or system administration, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
