About the Role We are seeking a Customer Success Manager on behalf of our client to manage key client relationships, ensuring schools receive the highest level of support while maximising platform impact.
As the primary point of contact for schools, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and guiding institutions in achieving their goals.
This role is vital to the client's mission, supporting students' development through positive wellbeing practices.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to school leaders, providing ongoing guidance and training.
Work closely with company leadership to improve and scale client success processes.
Engage clients throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring effective use of the platform.
Partner with sales and product teams to enhance user experience and increase platform adoption.
Manage subscription renewals for all assigned schools.
About You Experience in customer success within a SaaS setting, ideally with educational or wellbeing-focused products.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Self-starter who excels in both independent and team settings.
Enthusiastic about education and mental health, with a passion for making a meaningful contribution.
