: Proven experience in Customer Success , Account Management , or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance customer ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage complex stakeholder networks.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
for managing customer data and tracking performance.
