Customer Services Officer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Broxtowe to assist with the appointment of a Customer Services Officer , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay: £11.44 - £14.31 per Hour Responsibilities: The main duties include operating the Council switchboard.
This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.
As a Customer Services Assistant you will be talking to lots of different people who call up.  Sorting out any questions they have and transferring to the correct department they wish to access.  Qualifications: Previous experience for this type of role is essential.
