The position is 5 days p/w on site in Middlewich, paying £23k + benefits.
You will: Provide product support to customers, this could range from payment issues for end users to password resets Comfortable with customer support / service Undergo training on the bespoke product We are looking for applicants with: Customer facing background Strong communication skills This position requires no higher level IT skills.
