We're recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join us on a full time permanent basis.
At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and working at least 2 days per week (moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025) in our Belfast (Ewart Building) in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
What you'll be doing: You'll spend your time on the phone, talking to our customers and identifying their needs.
Your interactions vary call to call, for example you could be supporting someone who is changing a van registration or identifying a solution to a concern a customer has.
Salary: A generous base salary plus the opportunity to earn an annual performance related bonus PLUS generous pension contribution, staff discount on motor & home insurance and more Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Induction & Training: You'll receive a comprehensive induction and benefit from a training programme with one of our specialist Trainers, which will be a blended delivery on-site at our Belfast office and from home.
We'll give you all the training and support you need to become a confident and skilled Representative, including continual development of your technical knowledge and personal skills.
Training is up to 4 weeks full time and all IT & office kit will be provided enabling you to mix home and office based work.
About the person No experience required, all we ask for is great customer service skills as customers are at the heart of what we do and if you're as passionate about helping customers as we are, you're already one step closer.
Friendly tone & good communication skills Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets Computer literate, with the ability to effectively learn the navigation of multiple systems.
Minimum Leaving Certificate or GCSE qualification ( 5 GCSE's at Grade C and above - including maths and English) or education equivalent As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
