Customer Service Planner

What You Will DoAs a Planner at Johnson Controls, your role is crucial in supporting our branch Installation Teams.
You'll ensure our engineers stay busy and appointments run smoothly.
You'll work closely with Field Line Managers to tackle any issues and keep customer no-shows to a minimum.
