We are currently seeking a Customer Service professional to join a well-established manufacturing organisation in the industry.
With a permanent, full-time position, our client offers a competitive annual salary of £25,000.

Responsibilities: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide order acknowledgements to customers, communicating any changes to quantities or delivery dates.
Amend orders as needed, ensuring all relevant departments are informed.
Inform customers of any delivery shortages and arrange alternative delivery dates.
Manage delivery logistics, booking in orders and ensuring signed delivery notes are returned.
Maintain the complaints and returns database, issuing returns notes as required.
Generate credit notes and sundry invoices.
Scan Proof of Delivery (POD) documents into the invoice system, following up on any missing PODs.
Verify hauliers invoices, ensuring correct pricing and authorising payment.
Carry out daily invoice/billing processes, adding collection allowances or freight recovery charges when necessary.
Prepare pro-forma invoices.
Coordinate transport arrangements for packaging customers.
Create new product codes and prices, updating customer files.
Maintain and develop load calculators for specific customers.
Update customer information through online systems/portals.
Requirements: GCSE Maths and English Grade 4(C) or above.
Excellent professional communication skills to engage with colleagues and external customers.
Strong administration skills with keen attention to detail.
Highly numerate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Knowledge of D365 is advantageous but not essential.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 45-minute unpaid lunch.
Finish at 3:30pm on Fridays.
The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek.
