Customer Service Assistant Ballymena Up to £26k Our client is a well-established firm within the textile company, currently seeking a friendly & professional member for their customer service team.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, Friday 8.30am-1pm The role: Liaising with customers via email & telephone.
Processing & inputting orders.
Management & organisation of deliveries.
Monthly customer reports.
General office administration.
About you: 1+ years in an administration or customer service role.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Previous experience in the textiles industry is advantageous.
