Your new role The position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday, working exclusively from the office based in ; This is a fast-paced job, so the right candidate should enjoy spinning multiple plates all the time and be able to react to the ever-changing environment.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to Liaising directly with customers and the sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising rental contracts to include maintenance and thorough examination processing Liaise with the dedicated transport company to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure all order, contract and documentation is in order and filed as appropriate Liaising directly with customers and the sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries Liaise with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workload Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising contracts Deal with off hires, terminating agreements, field based off hire inspections.

What you'll need to succeed Strong proven history within an office-based customer service position, ideally within the rental market Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Be self-motivated and flexible Possess strong administration, planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills What you'll get in return Joining a friendly and supportive team Free parking 25-day holiday plus bank holidays Competitive salary at £26,000 per annum, rising to £28,000 after 6 months' probation.
