Customer Service Advisor

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling their insurance claims inquiries via phone and email.
You will also be responsible for accurately entering information into our internal systems.
How you'll make an impact Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have.
Regularly monitor the email system for claim form requests and handle them efficiently.
Update external databases with claims information, as required.
Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the claims process.
Adhere to the Data Protection Act, ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Enter customer information accurately into our internal system.
Assist prospective clients by answering their calls and explaining the claims process in relation to their insurance policy.
Make outbound calls to customers as necessary.
Support the claims department with various tasks, including claims handling, email correspondence, payment processing, document requests, and mail management.
Perform general administration duties as needed.
About You Previous experience in office administration, call center environment, customer service, or insurance is advantageous but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding telephone manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Strong organisational skills.
Proactive attitude towards delivering excellent service levels.
