Customer Service Advisor

We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Peterlee Operation Centre, SR8 2JQ.
Our Customer Service Representatives are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and timeframes.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
