Job DescriptionThis role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small BusinessSalary: £22,308.00 per annum with uncapped commissionLocation: SheffieldWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)Key responsibilities:Delivering world class service.Upsell and promote products to customers through excellent service.Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.Ensuring data is always captured accurately.Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.QualificationsPrevious customer service experience is essential.
Previous experience in a lead-generation environment is desirable, but not essential.
