Customer Service- Italian Speaker My client is a logistics company based in Biggleswade, they have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisorto join their team expanding team.
Due to the nature of the role, the client is in need of an Italian speaker.

This is an office based role, working Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00.

The role entails: Being the primary point of contact for dedicated customers on the phone and by email.
Administrating bookings, stock and queries.
Raising delivery paperwork on our in-house system.
Greeting customers, visitors and drivers upon arrival at site.
Answering the main telephone number and directing calls as appropriate.
Checking and organising the return of delivery paperwork from drivers.
You will be dealing with high end fashion and logistics customers.
