Job responsibilities include: Customer telephone service inquires – inbound and outboundProactive Customer account support – outboundPatient support – outbound calls to patients using the company's product.Providing internal support to the company's Field Sales TeamProactive project work to improve service offeringData entry across multiple systemsAccuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skillsUnderstanding and adhering to Quality System requirements The main focus for this position will be CUSTOMER CARE activities: Provide superior customer service by troubleshooting customer/patient inquiries issues relating to product, services, and patient enrolment; strive for one-call resolutionRespond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and clientsSupport field sales team with account touchpoints and follow upsMaintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients and iRhythm associatesAdhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient dataUtilize Salesforce tool to track patient and account interactions About you – Skills needed: Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, TeamsExperience using Salesforce would be an advantageExcellent Telephone skillsExcellent customer service skillsGood data entry skillsA flexible approach in your work Hours:Monday to FridayPackage:Basic salary: £29,000 – £31,000Pension SchemeEmployee Benefits package
