?Nottingham - starting Salary £24k + company pension + onsite parking + tram and cycle to workWe are pleased to be working with one of the country's leading experts in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety, fire suppression and security systems.
Their current client list includes most of the high street restaurant outlets, several national hotel groups, and national pub chains.Due to continued growth and a full order book, they are recruiting a number of Service Administrators to join their existing team.The Service Desk is a busy department which assists with the planning, scheduling and administration associated with all their maintained service contracts, including responding to and dispatching emergency callouts our clients may have.
The Service Administrator is responsible for processing all tasks in relation to delivering their customers scheduled maintenance activities, communicating via customer portals, email and telephone.What you'll be doingTaking inbound phone calls for the Service phone line and handling Customer enquiriesCall logging and raising new ordersLiaising with Engineers regarding workloads, work not yet completed and assisting as requiredArranging Engineer and Manager hotel/train/ferry bookingsEnsure customer portals and email inboxes are monitored daily to provide same-day responseThe skills you will possess include:IT skills, including Microsoft packages and emailKnowledge of administrative proceduresBe adaptable and be able to take initiativeAccuracy at record keepingExcellent time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and prioritise workloadMy client's investment in their employees cultivates a culture based on commitment, encouraging a team environment where we are all included, benefiting both employees and customers.If this is of interest to you, or you know someone who might be a good fit – feel free to get in touch.?
