The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.  Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, managing day-to-day tasks efficiently.
Accurately input and manage data on the SAP system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and correctly maintained.
Handle incoming calls primarily from engineers regarding our products, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of any issues.
Requirementsof Customer Service Administrator Previous experience in an administrative customer service team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
