Air Sourcing, our technology solution which allows advisers to source all later life lending products in real time, allowing them to select a suitable product for their clients' needsAs a Customer Service Assistant, you will be involved in processing administration requests and queries from mortgage advisers via our Sourcing platform, online chat, email and over the phone.
The ideal candidate will show initiative to get the job done in a timely manner and have an enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for providing professional customer service.We are looking for a team player who can prioritise, multi-task, and manage their time effectively.
The ability to think fast and work in a fast-paced environment is key to being successful in this role.
