Role: Customer Service Administrator Duration: 1-2 months on-going with potential to go permanent Contract Type: Temp To Perm Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Company: Building regulation compliance As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will be responsible for following company processes, updating data on Excel/Smart Sheets, and speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
What we're looking for: Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable nature.
? Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
? Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
