Bela Recruitmentis hiring a Customer Service Representative (Sales Order Administrator)to work in Dungannon, Northern Ireland.

Manage business customers, processing their sales orders via an IT system, and supporting enquiries.
No Sales or Cold Calling, all existing key accounts!
Training provided & career progression exists, you need previous Sales Admin, Order Processing or Office Customer Service experience.
Immediate Interviews & Start Date available - Super Secure & Growing Business - Not Crushing, Screening, Engineering or Food Manufacturing.
Responsibilities Answering calls and emails from business customers to process their orders.
Support customers with general enquiries around stock availability, lead times for delivery, and invoice queries.
Create orders on the IT system for warehouse staff to dispatch, report on key accounts, conduct stock adjustments, and process exchanges.
Ensure all customer service agreements are being followed to ensure excellent service.
This job will require multi-tasking, problem-solving and using your initiative to solve customer issues, however, the team & manager will ensure you have time to learn the job, grow your skills and there will be on-going support.
Requirements Office based Customer Service experience or similar, processing sales orders & providing great customer care to clients.
Professional and friendly attitude, providing support via calls and email.
Ability to prioritise and manage your daily workload and strong attention to detail.
Able to work well in a team, or independently.
Working knowledge of Word & Excel and willing to learn the in-house IT system.
GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience.
Rewards Salary between £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience call if earning more & interested.
