What you'll doAs part of the Lidl Plus team:Work on Trials and Projects to increase customer loyaltyImprove processes to allow successful trials to integrate into the team as BAUInterpret project results and succinctly present them to senior leadershipEnsure that promotional budget is optimally invested by running tests and analysing resultsDrive customer behaviourAs part of the Customer Insights team:Enable decisions impacting every part of Lidl to be made based on data and insightWork with Panel Data, Brand Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Ad Hoc Research to find opportunities for growthStudy the drivers of Lidl's performance and benchmark to other retailersReview product ranges to identify strong and weak items for Lidl and competitorsDevelop customer engagement strategies and tactics which can be implemented across the entire business, within our bespoke customer segments, or even for individual storesWhat you'll needA 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September or graduated no earlier than September To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basisAlready live - or happy to relocate - within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office in Tolworth, South West LondonBe passionate about the food retail industryStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataBe assertive and confident in your communication skillsBe self-motivated and able to work independentlyConfident to make tough decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlinesBusiness-minded approach; commercially savvy and resilientStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAble to attend the assessment day on 30th January What you'll receive30 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountPension schemeFree onsite GymPlus, more of the perks you deserve*plus an additional 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.You're Lidl like us.
