Customer Account Manager  The details Job Title: Customer Account Manager  Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm Location: Gillingham, Dorset Salary: £11.90 per hour Duration: 12 months fixed term contract, extension available   This role is hybrid minimum 2 days in Gillingham or Poole office .
For the first 6 weeks of training, you will have to attend office 5 days a week What you'll be doing: Deal directly with customer inquiries received via all medias (e.g., fax, web, email)  Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments  Proposes ideas for processes & organisational improvements Who we are looking for: Excellent verbal, written communication and active listening skills   A positive and flexible approach on dealing with customers Accurate and attention for detail Ability to work in a fast paced & complex environment    Proactive attitude IT Literate Previous customer service experience, ideally within a business-to-business environment Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable     Interested?
