Customer Account Executive

Brightwork recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service expert to join our client based in Blantyre.
Working Monday - Friday Specific duties - Proactive calling into customer segments to understand their needs and explain product/equipment value, to grow product consumption.
Build relationships with customers based on trust and respect, encourage trial and on-going purchase of a broader range of supplies.
Actively renew agreements where customers are out of contract.
Interact with sales agents where appropriate to facilitate a quick, seamless outcome for customers to receive the service they require.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
Ideal candidate - A confident individual, with a drive for results and a passion for providing excellent customer services.
First-rate outbound telephone-based communication, selling and account management skills.
Strong written skills with an ability to deliver an accurate and concise message.
Empathetic and able to see things from different points of view.
Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer.
A passion for delivering first class customer experience.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
