What You'll Be Doing: Due to internal promotion, this business is looking for a Crop Manager for their fresh produce growing operation.In this role, you'll see yourself managing a team of over 120 workers across the farm.
You'll be managing everything from planting through to harvest, and with your support, the field teams will be able to flourish.About You:You'll already have a good understanding of relevant machinery and internal communications will be your strong suit - you'll have plenty of it to get stuck into!
