Creative Marketing Executive About us: Miri Growth is a performance marketing agency managing User Acquisition and Creative campaigns for mobile apps and games, particularly on Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, and Ad Networks.
We enable businesses to grow rapidly by acquiring valuable users through digital advertising.
We offer the full-service range from creative design, campaign strategy, and execution, to ongoing campaign optimisation.
We're a collaborative team of creative professionals working with some of the most exciting mobile games and apps out there.
We now need our capabilities to match our increasing demand, and we're looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to work with our growing client base, including Supercell, King, Rovio, Meta, Runna, and many more.
About the role: The Creative Marketing Executive will immerse themselves in competitor and market research, understanding product USPs and player motivations to develop iterative hypothesis testing plans for video ads.
You'll be working closely with our internal motion design team and directly with our clients to build engaging ads that you will then test directly on paid social channels.
You'll be analysing user-engagement data to draw learnings to understand what drives performance and ultimately helps our clients grow successfully.
We're looking for candidates who are creative, analytical, strategic, and imaginative.

Your responsibilities will be: Researching competitor and market trends, applying them to your work Developing iterative hypothesis testing plans for a variety of apps and games Working closely with designers and clients to develop engaging ads Developing detailed creative briefs and managing the production pipeline Launching and monitoring creative testing campaigns directly on paid social channels Analysing KPIs to answer hypotheses and build learnings to deliver better-performing ads over time ultimately Thinking creatively and proactively on current and new test ideas Sharing findings with the rest of the marketing team on an ongoing basis Our benefits: Annual discretionary bonus; 25 days annual leave rising to 28 with service; Private Healthcare with Vitality and Simply Health; Generous training allowance to support your continuous learning journey; Regular team meetups, events, and socials; Wellbeing Allowance; Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave Other Info: Salary £32,000 - £35,500 DOE Our office is based in Covent Garden.
