As a Cover Supervisor, you'll have the responsibility of managing classrooms during teacher absences, guiding students through their lessons, and ensuring an engaging and well-disciplined learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Presenting lesson plans and materials provided by teachers to ensure students stay on track Maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere, encouraging active participation Supporting students with questions or difficulties, helping them stay engaged and complete their assignments Promoting respectful behaviour and discipline, following school guidelines to create a safe space for learning In this role, you'll interact closely with students, teachers, and school staff, gaining valuable experience in classroom management and student engagement.
