About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a thriving school in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students in their learning journey.
The position is initially temporary, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with their work.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage the classroom effectively.
Build positive relationships with students and maintain a productive learning environment.
Provide support to the wider school community when required.
Uphold the school's policies and values, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in a school setting or working with young people is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in managing a classroom and ensuring students remain focused.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A genuine passion for supporting students and contributing to their education.
