Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch areas.

Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management: Supervise and maintain an orderly environment in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay focused and on task.
Distributing and Explaining Pre-Set Work: Provide students with assignments prepared by the absent teacher, ensuring they understand the tasks and expectations.
Supporting Students: Address questions regarding their work as needed, providing guidance and maintaining engagement.
Administrative Duties: Record attendance and manage classroom resources effectively.
Requirements: Experience in Education: Prior experience in a school setting, particularly with secondary students, is beneficial.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to engage and manage a class effectively, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
