TPF Recruitment are working with a fantastic, well-known firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone who have a fantastic reputation across the South East.
Our client is a market leading, Top 15 firm of chartered accountants, that provides a wide array of accounting services to a completely mixed client portfolio.
This includes sole traders, LLPs and Ltd companies through to significantly sized national and international groups.
As a business, they have had a real focus on strengthening their corporate tax presence and are now looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their highly successful team.
  As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for: You will work closely with the local partners in delivering a range of tax work.
You will work with a wide range of clients from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national charities.
You will be involved in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new work.
Ability to deliver general corporate tax consultancy, which may include some of the following: Group reorganisations.
Advice on structuring acquisitions.
Due diligence work and SPA reviews.
Corporate debt, particularly in a group context.
Research & Development tax relief / Patent Box.
International tax advice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing).
Capital allowances reviews.
Requirements You will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have developed your career to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within any mix of: in house and/or, accountancy practice firm background.
You will bring a mix of compliance and planning skills and may come with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work and be looking to develop further in other areas.
You will have opportunity to work on wide-ranging work where you will have opportunity to develop your technical skill set within a supportive team and office culture.
Benefits £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
