This represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join this progressive firm in York.
Due to succession planning they are looking to add to the team, this role would suit someone who would like to take the next step with a clear, structured and supported career development plan.
The role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients on varied corporate/commercial matters.
THE ROLE: With exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters you will be working with a wide range of clients including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare, and agricultural clients.
Matters include succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
You will also be expected to be involved in business development/networking activities.
THE CANDIDATE Be keen to develop a broad transactional skill set.
