This Top 40 UK Law Firm has an opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join their award-winning corporate team. This firm has a leading reputation in corporate law, and is working across a range of matters including M&A, PE, Capital Markets and finance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor to work with an enviable client base, working on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will be:
Ideally a qualified solicitor with between 3 - 7 years PQE - although applications will be considered from strong corporate solicitors outside of this rangeExperienced in dealing with a range of corporate matters including transactional M&A, Private Equity or ECMAmbitious and driven, and looking to progress from associate to senior associate and beyond!
