Fundraising and private equity.
Equity capital markets and joint ventures.
Corporate restructurings and governance.

About the Role The successful candidate will work on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, private equity, and corporate restructurings.

The role is open to candidates with 5+PQE, though applications from individuals with varying levels of experience are welcome.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Relevant post-qualification experience (5+) in corporate law.

Proficiency in IT systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office.
