Description Corporate Receptionist London - Mayfair W1 We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time corporate receptionist to work in a wonderful boutique town house which has been converted for office use.
Ideally located in Mayfair, the building is a short walk from Marble Arch and Bond Street tube stations.
You will 'own' the ground floor reception, taking pride in managing every visitor's journey, ensuring an exemplary level of customer service is delivered, with the ultimate aim of leaving a lasting impression.
You will liaise with letting agents and prepare the building for viewings, working seamlessly with the teams on the ground to ensure a first-class viewing experience.
As companies start to move in you will naturally welcome incoming occupiers, helping to curate a 'building community' Hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday Salary - £29,500 pa Start – ASAP Key Responsibilities Duties will include: Managing reception Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm and personal welcome Managing deliveries, including couriers and post Develop a local amenities information file - becoming the 'expert' in terms of local knowledge Stock check and reorder front of house supplies, as required Producing a weekly report for key stakeholders The Building Support the offsite Property Management Company by ensuring any building issues are efficiently reported and managed to resolution.
This will include managing maintenance contractors visiting the building / controlling keys, providing updates on progress to the facilities manager Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings Manage the meeting room and book out for tenants as required, ensuring it is immaculately maintained and ready for use Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders Social Engagement You will be interested in local news and what's happening in the area and keeping tenants informed Research and deliver relevant initiatives, freebies and services which are of interest to those who work in the building, as and when required Introduce a monthly newsletter promoting initiatives and concierge services– helping to create a community vibe.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You have proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge Vibrant personality and a can-do attitude to own and front this high-end reception area Proficient at delivering a high-end 'meet and greet' service, working efficiently and professionally at all times Excellent verbal / written communication skills Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages.
