We are looking to speak to a Corporate Partner who has a proven track record and client following, and who wants to be Head of Corporate for the growing Manchester office of a national firm. You will need to be an existing Corporate Partner, ideally at another firm in Manchester. This opportunity is great for someone who is keen to have autonomy to grow a Corporate team within their vision, with the backing of a thriving national Corporate service line.
This practice has a formidable reputation when it comes to the corporate work they undertake being one of the most active teams in the UK. They act for both national and international clients in the public and private sector. They are able to boast a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions all the way to FTSE 100 companies. They undertake the full plethora of corporate work which includes M&A, fundraising, private equity, ECM, joint ventures, reorganisations, corporate structures and governance.
If you are a Corporate Partner either lacking the headspace to grow your offering, feeling like you have too many hoops to jump through to get the investment you want, or you have built a corporate team before and want to do it again - please get in touch for a confidential chat.
This opportunity comes with equity partnership, competitive and creative packages, fully flexible and hybrid working, and a collaborative working culture. You will be given time and the opportunity to build something very exciting in a very transactional corporate world.
If you are a Corporate Partner, please contact Emma Delli-Bovi to discuss your options and this position further.
