Responsibilities Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions Provide transaction advisory services to SMEs Execute debt advisory activities Manage commercial real estate financing projects Develop and refine financial models Perform market research for strategic decision-making Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Improve financial processes and implement best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams on advisory services Present financial information and recommendations to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
* CFA Level 1 or above preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong financial analysis & financial modelling skills.
* Understanding of capital markets, transaction advisory, and debt advisory.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate finance environment.
