Corporate Finance Accountant

Corporate Finance Accountant within a global MGA based in London that will sit within a close knit team within the wider finance function.
As part of this team you will be responsible for the financial modelling and analysis of the businesss M&A and investment activity - an ideal role for someone who has recently qualified ACA within Big 4 and has a keen in interest in investments and knowledge/experience of the insurance market.
Responsibilities include; Develop and analyse financial models to assess potential investments, acquisitions, and employee incentive programs, supporting strategic decision-making.
Facilitate onboarding for new investments and acquisitions while assisting in external reporting on performance across the wider Group.
Prepare detailed internal reports and presentations on acquisition performance and financial trends for senior management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support informed financial decisions and manage additional projects as needed.
You must be; Qualified Chartered Accountant (NQ - 2 years PQE) Knowledge of the insurance market and demonstrable desire to work within investments Strong interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills Advanced in MS Excel Salary is paying up to £75k bonus, benefits and flexible hybrid working Apply below
