Job Description We are recruiting for a Cook Assistant to join our team at Conway Group Healthcare in Edenballymore care home, Derry .
Conway Group Healthcare is made up of 8 Care Homes providing Nursing and Residential Care in the local communities.

About The Role Job Summary: You will take full responsibility for the running of the Kitchen on the days when the Head Cook is off Duty.
You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with provision of a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day and preparation of evening suppers.
You will take ownership of any issues that arise on the day and manage accordingly.

Desired Criteria Required Criteria NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Equivalent, preferably level 3.
