As a Legal Assistant, you will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of self management and initiative to effectively carry out administrative duties in line with company procedures and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing correspondence and documents using audio typing, word processing or digital dictation methodsAttending clients, both in person and on the telephone, in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring excellent client care and communicationMaking appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining an up-to-date diary for the fee earnerPreparing mail and enclosures for dispatch and ensuring all copying is completed This is a full-time, office based role within a supportive and collaborative team.
