This Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will be based out of the office near West Bromwich responsible for overseeing varying projects through the manufacturing phase, including offering technical expertise, specifications are met, coordinating projects focusing on HVAC products and solutions such as ventilation, air conditioning, air cooled chillers, heat pumps, heat recovery equipment and air handling units.
The Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will ideally possess experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment dealing with HVAC products and solutions.
Those coming from a site-based HVAC install project oversight environment would be considered.
Package £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience Yearly profit-based bonus Pension contribution 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Role Manage multiple HVAC projects through design, manufacturing, and delivery phases Provide technical expertise on HVAC systems, ensuring project specifications are met Review and ensure accuracy of orders, quotations, and technical drawings Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth project flow Ensure project milestones are met, delivering products on time and within budget Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality control Must be commutable to the office in West Bromwich, West Midlands Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Requirements Proven experience as a Contract Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, or in a similar role Strong understanding of HVAC solutions including ventilation, air conditioning, and heat pumps Ability to manage multiple contracts in a manufacturing or industrial HVAC setting A degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges during projects Must be commutable to the office in West Bromwich, West Midlands ' JBRP1_UKTJ
