Contracts Advisor London - Hybrid About the role: Servicing all business unit requirements primarily relating to general commercial and contractual matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and transactions and assisting the business in commercial negotiations.
Supporting business activities including tenders and contracts for the provision of services to various clients.
Advising and supporting the business on ad hoc queries relating to the recruitment sector.
Assisting the legal department in keeping abreast of developments and relevant legislation on commercial issues affecting the full spectrum of the business and keeping the business informed of such developments.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the business, understanding the business requirements, and engaging on how the Legal Department can best help them with their business areas.
Managing low level litigation matters including responding to basic county court claims.

Who we're looking for: Essential A sound understanding of all aspects of contract and commercial law best practice.
Good understanding of the area of law that is relevant to the recruitment sector including, contract, data protection, marketing, IT law.
Minimum 3 years in-house experience as a contract's advisor.
Law Degree or equivalent.
Desirable An understanding of the Conduct of Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies Regulations 2003.
Preferred Skills Strong drafting skills.
Ability to provide clear, practical 'solutions based' advice.
