With a strong focus on delivering excellent client service, you will represent clients both in and out of court and collaborate closely with other members of the team to drive cases to successful resolution.Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of contested probate matters from inception to resolution.Advising clients on a wide range of contentious issues, including will disputes, estate claims, and the validity of testamentary documents.Preparing legal documents and court proceedings, including applications, petitions, and witness statements.Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court hearings.Providing proactive and strategic legal advice to clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
