The role We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Your mission · Support, maintain and deliver according to content calendar · Manage and maintain the Pfida website · Create content for all platforms, including web, social, paid, script writing for video and traditional mediums such as print and offline · Develop and execute content and social media strategies that align with the company's brand and overall marketing goals · Create engaging and visually appealing content such as images, videos, and graphics for all Pfida platforms · Curate user-generated content to post on company's online accounts · Collaborate with other teams to create and execute campaigns to generate · Monitor and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed · Produce content to short deadlines in response to new developments, and develop rich series of evergreen and in-depth content for longer campaigns · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone, and messaging · Explain complex concepts in a simple way that is clear and not misleading, to intrigue new audiences and adds depth of understanding and engagement with existing customers · Ensure use of evidence-based messages and representing the facts faithfully · Analyse metrics and social media insights to inform and optimise strategy · Monitor and report on success of content across campaigns · Ensure a consistent and comprehensive communication feedback loop involving and managing stakeholder expectations · Use of web and social analytics such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights · Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required · Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation · Keep up with marketing industry culture and trends to source and campaign ideas for original, data-backed content and campaigns Skills and experience · Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter · Experience of WordPress or similar CMS (desirable) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask · Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva · Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics · Experience working in a fast-paced environment · Experience with a variety of multimedia content types and channels · Strong understanding of SEO · Capable of understanding, digesting and condensing complex information into understandable content pieces · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written skills and a clear and engaging style of writing · Strong client-facing and internal communication skills · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office · An ability to think and execute visually, and an eagerness to work with design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Canva and data visualization tools · A proactive, hands-on, highly collaborative mindset, comfortable with handing or taking over projects from other team members · A deep curiosity for media, Internet culture, marketing and consumer culture · Familiarity with running and managing social media platforms · Experience of working in an FCA-regulated environment (desirable) What we can offer you · Competitive salary + attractive benefits package · Training budget · Flexible and hybrid working atmosphere · Pension scheme · 28-day holiday allowance plus Bank Holidays · 4 duvet mornings per year · 1 charity day · Team activity events throughout the year · Breakfast and lunch learning sessions in the office · 100s of high street perks and discounts · Medical benefits · Electric car and bike scheme
