Full job description UHNM is a tertiary centre for cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, providing primary PCI, cardiac devices, and structural cardiac intervention (including TAVI, transcatheter valve repair, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO closure, ASD closure and paravalvular leak closure). The department also provides advanced cardiac imaging (including cardiac CT and MRI), and our expanding electrophysiology service includes complex 3D mapping, AF ablation, and VT ablation. We have an award-winning heart failure service and are a level 3 centre for grown-up congenital heart disease with strong links to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
