Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
Prepare project documentation, including reports and project updates for stakeholders Manage project packages and hire subcontractors to carry out various works Negotiate prices with subcontractors and manage their timeline and schedule Perform quality control on works performed by subcontractors and ensure the smooth handover from one subcontractor to another Carry out site visits regularly to ensure compliance with building control regulations, CDM and health and safety on site Source construction material Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to promote collaboration and ensure project success.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
