About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Connections Planning Director to join our Strategy & Connections Planning team, working with Allwyn. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for translating media strategies into actionable plans, defining channel roles, and optimising media budgets to deliver cohesive multi-channel campaigns that drive both brand and business success. Your mission will be to lead, inspire, and push the boundaries of media planning to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
You'll oversee the comprehensive planning across all media channels, working closely with the Client Experience team and collaborating with internal specialists to deliver top-tier, award-winning work. As a champion of planning within the agency, you will leverage Hearts' proprietary planning processes and demonstrate expert use of our tools and systems. Building strong, collaborative relationships with senior media owners will be key, as will your ability to articulate a compelling point of view on media planning that elevates both you and the agency in the industry.
About YouThis role is perfect for someone with a background in digital planning who's ready to expand their expertise into broader, more strategic roles. You will bring proven experience in driving holistic digital media plans and possess a deep understanding of the media landscape, enabling you to identify and capitalise on client opportunities. Your expertise spans social, programmatic, and search platforms, and you excel at full funnel planning that can bridge online and offline channels. You are skilled at making complex topics accessible and making any piece of work you are involved with more interesting, exciting and powerful.
