Job Title: Composite Laminator Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £24,000–£38,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for a talented Composite Laminator to join a highly skilled Clean Room team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The Ideal Candidate Will: Have prior experience working as a composite laminator in the automotive or Formula 1 industry.

Be computer literate, utilizing production management systems to log work progression and manage BoM usage.
Key Responsibilities Include: Reporting to the Clean Room Supervisor, performing a variety of tasks across the automotive and Formula 1 markets.
Supporting other departments, such as Research and Development or Breakout, during peak build periods.
Upholding the highest standards per laminating policies and assisting in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
This includes job tracking using production management software.
Additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements: The ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, which may occasionally require flexibility in working hours.
Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate, with 2x on applicable Sundays and public holidays.
Experience and Qualifications: Essential: 3–5+ years of experience in laminating.
Desirable: Previous experience in Formula 1 or high-end automotive settings.
Familiarity with autoclaves and ovens is advantageous.
